Cockroach 55 Yr Old Smoker

If you ever face a question telling you about an over 55 yr old male or female smoker and alcoholic living in a poorly maintained and air condition environment and developed pneumonia then you have to start thinking of
Legionnaire's Disease

Other clues might be

Positive Silver stain
Use of Charcoal Yeast Extract growth medium
Immunocompramised patient
And atypical X ray findings
