Default DOC for Resistant TB

Hello Everyone ,, In Kaplan Qbank written Streptomycin is the drug of choice for Drug resistant TB ,, but it's last update of the answer was on 2010
I searched online for the DOC in Resistant TB and you can say I m lost
so plz anyone have any idea ,, thank you

Streptomycin is the DOC for resistant TB...and is reserved for that purpose because of its high toxicity..was also traditionally used to treat TB a long time ago until the other drugs came out.

In drug-resistant TB, the go-to drug is usually either streptomycin or a fluoroquinolone such as moxifloxacin.
