a) Adenocarcinoma
b) Squamous cell carcinoma
c) Large cell carcinoma
d) Small cell lung carcinoma

I should go with B, but i dont know why i keep telling my self i see "neurosecretory granules on this smear" which point me to Small ceel Answer D, if i have to go, i choose D and wait for the consequence .... hahaha
I choose b., though i'm not sure about seeing the keratin pearls clearly, but the smoking association and the way cells are closed together makes me think of squamous cell carcinoma.
YES.
This cytology is from a patient with b) Squamous cell carcinoma.
Remember: No one expects us to be pathologists ... if you see a PAP smear with reddish/pink/orange "stuff" in it...think squamous.

i am really bad at cytology.. i would go wid B as it is the most common cancer in smokers....
