Default Advice for week leading up to and night before test

Hi guys,

My exam is in a month's time. I just wanted to prepare ahead and get an idea of what things I should be doing in the week before the test and certainly the night before the test?

Also, I'm worried I won't get good sleep the night before. Before big tests, I always get very anxious and excited. Should I consider getting a pill the night before? If so, which one?

Thanks

i wouldn't recommend taking a pill the night before..could make you groggy...

the days leading up to exam should be relaxed, minimal review, unfamiliar material should be avoided..and CONFIDENCE IN YOUR ABILITIES IS KEY..
you made it this far so take the plunge sort of speak.

I advise u to try after 2 wks to get up very early like 4 am so u 'll be sleepy at sleep time
If u consider any pills try it from now to find if it affects you in a negative way
Good luck

Shouldn't you be revising the UNCOVERED material?

But that's just on the day before right? But that last week is ok to go over your weak points? Just clarifying.
