Help USMLE Blocks are they random!

Hi I wanted to ask are the blocks in the step one exam divided according to systems subjects or is it just random ? Also I wanted to know about the nbme forms and what all they are about ...
Any kind of help would be appreciated

The blocks in the USMLE exam are random and they are not classified at all.
