in schizophrenia patient is going to have hallucinations (visual, auditory, .....), delusions, thought broadcasting, insertion, or withdrawl

while in mood disorders it's going to be either mania (patient will be active, talkative, sleeps for few hours, hypersexual, .....)

& in depression patient will have depressed mood, ansomnia or hypersomnia, increased or decreased appetite, guilt feeling, suicidal ideation, ......

in schizoeffective disorder there presence of schizophrenia + mood disorder symptoms

hope this helps
