Question If the precapillary arteriolar resistance increases!

The resistance of a precapillary arteriole is increased in a muscle vascular bed. Which of the following most likely occurs in response to this increase?

a. dec capillary filtration rate
b. dec interstitial oncotic pressure
c. Inc capillary blood flow
d. Inc capillary hydrostatic pressure
e. Inc vascular conductance

answer with explanation please

I think by it mentioning precapillary, it is saying afferent arteriole.

If you increase resistance (decreased radius) you will increase pressure, thus you will increase capillary hydrostatic Pressure, so more fluid pushing out. But the thing is.. Decrease capillary filtration rate can be possible aswell, because less blood flow, means less filtration rate.
