Neuro Exercise and cerebral blood flow!

In an aerobic exercising man cardiac output increases and his venous PCo2 is also increased, though MAP is maintained same, as in normal individual how his cerebral blood flow will be affected?

a) Increased
b) decreased
c) first increase then decrease
d) no change
f) first decrease then increase

if this patient is normal:

increase venous CO2 -> hyperventilation toward normocapnia -> d) no change

ya u are right
BUT THING IS dat venous PcO2 doesnt change cerebral flow
ONLY ARTERIAL Pco2 change it
if arterial Pco2 increases cerebral blood flow increases and vice versa..

I know that...thatīs why if you donīt hyperventilate, your arterial PCO2 will increase and your Q will too
