I believe A or E) because they're both Penicillins..

Definitely not:

Trimethroprim = DHFR so can cause Folate related anomalies (spina bifida)
Tetracycline=Discoloration of teeth of fetus
Erythromycin

I'll go with A) Amoxicillin (hopefully this time it's right)

Thank god treatment is not heavily tested on Step 1

yup, thatīs the right answer

Amoxicillin is suitable for treatment for lower urinary tract infections, pending results of urine cultures, and is not harmful to the embryo or fetus. Tetracycline, erythromycin and flucloxacillin (good for MSSA) are not good choices for urine infections, and tetracycline can affect skeletal development (this has been seen in animal studies) and causes dental discolouration in the fetus. Trimethoprim is potentially teratogenic in the first trimester, because of its action at inhibiting folate biosynthesis (dihydrofolate reductase).
