Kidney What can you determine from para-aminohippuric acid (PAH) clearance?

A researcher is studying a substance PAH and its interactions with kidneys. He injects a volunteer with substance. He finds that which of following can be determined by calculating clearance of PAH?

1) ECF
2) GFR
3) ERPF
4) TBW (total body water)
5) Plasma volume
6) ICF
