Planning Preparations for STEP 1; what do you think

Hi guys!
Next week i'm starting my prep for step 1 and i'm going to buy a lot of review books at a time and i'd like to ask You what do you think of those:
• Embryology - HY Embryology
• Neuroanatomy - HY Neuroanatomy
• Anatomy - USMLE Road Map Gross Anatomy
• Genetics - HY
• Histology and Cell Biology - BRS
• Behavioral Science - BRS
• Physiology - BRS
• Biochemistry - Lippincott's Illustrated Reviews
• Micro&Immuno - Deja Review Micro&Immuno
• Pharmacology - Lippincott's Illustrated Reviews
• Pathology - Rapid Review
• First Aid 2011

Do you think it's enough(too much)? Did any of you especially disliked any of these books? Do You think I should wait for FA2012 (or is it no difference which edition it is?)

Thanks a lot!

I'll comment on the books i've used. FA2011 has made lots of little changes here and there and gives you a lot of high yield useful information. FA is a MUST have for sure. Just make sure you annotate the book with explanations.

Goljan's rapid review is also amazing and gives mechanisms for almost everything you've wondered about in pathology. It gives you a deeper understanding of pathology but it has a LOT of extra information you really don't need for step1. My suggestion is you listen to goljan and annotate the book with notes and study those parts as goljan emphasizes whats important for step1. Everything in his audio is in the book too and he often follows the same structure too.

Other than that, I haven't used any of the other books. Remember also that having TOO many sources can be a bad thing. Hope this helps. and DON'T FORGET Uworld/Kaplan Q-Banks!!

Hope this helps and good luck studying.

I want to supplement it with Kaplan Videos as well. Did any one used such a variety of books? Because I see that most of You are reading mainly Kaplan Notes..
