Default factors except usmle scores.

i understand that for competitive residencies like dermatology, radiology etc other things like LORs, USCE and clerk/obeserverships than just the usmle scores are highly needed.

but lets say i can get 250+ score in steps. do i still need LORs, USCE and clerk/obeserverships for INTERNAL MEDICINE RESIDENCY in USA?

kindly share your knowledge.

Honestly I think u know the answer!
Well no one here can answer you so accurately.
The more the positive advantages you have the better. But if u get double 250 in first attempt, very likely u would match without USCE. But may or may not be in a competitive program. But as for matching very likely.
