Question virulence of this organism!!

A 24-year-old woman in her third trimester of pregnancy presents withurinary frequency and burning for the past few days. She denies fever,nausea, vomiting, or chills. She takes no medications besides prenatalvitamins and is generally in good health. Physical examination isremarkable for mild suprapubic tenderness, and a urine dipstick ispositive for white blood cells, protein, and a small amount of blood.Culture produces greater than 100,000 colonies of gram-negativebacilli. Although I recognized the organism, I have no idea what a:

A. Bundle-forming pili
or

F. Type 1 pili

are lol

but regardless, its P pili..

its E.coli..So the answer would be P pili..
