Immunology What type of autoimmunity in Pemphigus Vulgaris?

A 61 yr old man develops a severe skin disease characterized by multiple oral ulcers and flaccid bullae that rupture easily on his face scalp and trunk.
Pemphigus vulgaris is diagnosed.
this is autoimmune attack of which of following structures?

a) microtubules
b) desmosomes
c) gap junctions
d) tight junctions

the answer is B autoimmune against desmosomes.
