Lungs Lung volume-pressure curve question

The volume-pressure curves were obtained from a normal subject and a patient suffering from a pulmonary disease. Which of the following abnormalities is most likely present in the patient?

volume/pressure Increased, s/o restrivitve pattern. but m not sure b/w Asbestosis and Silicosis

sorry its obstuructive pattern with increased compliance , so should be B. emphysema.

increased volume, so increased obstruction-difficulty breathing out-airway disease, so emphysema. Silico, asbesto are restrictive patterns.
