Embarrassed 1.5 Years of Step 1 Prep

My exam on July 18 and my brain is empty.

I have been studying for step one for 1&1/2 year now on/off , I did Kaplan Lecture Notes once except micro I did Kaplan q bank 60% scored 60% then did FA once , I did UWSA 1 on September scored 600 then I started UW scored 64%

I did NBME1 scored 490 on December then did UWSA 2 scored 540 after that I stopped for the CS exam and I did not return to study until April I started FA again and I stopped to do UW again I finished 65% of it with 74% , on may 23 I did NBME 7 scored 500, now reviewing med essential since I have red the Kaplan long time ago and I'll review FA again then do NBME.

But I'm afraid I forgot everything I need your advice to what to do please.

You should not read this long for step 1 because you will start to forget.

Also, you should not jump from book to book, you should keep one book as your primary source (for example FA) and add notes to it.

Now, go repeat FA, UW, and Kaplan. Then do NBME.

Try to finish all that in 3 to 4 months.

Do not stop while reading. Step 1 needs continuity if you want to score high.

OK, then you will not get high score. Maybe 220 to 230. If you want 240+ you have to postpone.

How do you know he won't score high and how can you predict his score based on what he said? Sorry, but you shouldn't say negative things like that to people since the exam is already a stressful situation and there is no evidence that what you're saying is true.

Samsoma, you seems to be doing well overall and I think you have the foundation and just need to recharge your batteries. Do an NBME online now, see where you are. Then read FA and do questions from UW until test day. You have almost 2 and 1/2 weeks, you can read through FA entirely in that time and that can bump your score. You can do it, just put in some all day quality time until test day and you will be fine. Good luck!!

500 is a great score, I think you're ready for the real thing!

Try reading FA and praying as much as you can..

Read through FA, then do another practice test. I would suggest uwsa since they come with explanations whereas NBME doesn't. Also, NBME 11 & 12 are new, so you may want to do one of those too. You should be fine reading through FA and doing some more practice questions.
