Question Uvular deviation and loss of gag reflex!

A person undergoes a routine pre-employment physical. During the physical it is noted that patient uvula is deviated to one side and when back of throat is touched with cotton swab no gag reflex is elicited.
these findings are suggestive of damage to which nerve?

a) facial
b) vagus
c) hypoglossal
d) trigeminal
