I think its A) left V nerve(Mandibular branch) supplying muscles of mastication and its sensory components responsible for the numbness????

I think the answer is A) Left Trigeminal nerve

because the mandibular branch of trigeminal nerve supplies the mastication muscles, and the trigeminal nerve is sensory to the entire face, and the patient is presented with numbness (loss of sensation) , and the facial nerve does not provide sensation to the face.
