Kidney Immune categorization of this child's renal problem!

A 7-year child develops hematuria and mild proteinuria 2 wks after having a severe strep throat. The child condition progress to full-blown nephritis with proteinuria, olguria, edema and hypertension with renal insufficiency.
this child condition is a form of which of followings?

a) cytotoxic type II hypersensitivity
b) delayed hypersensitivity
c) immune complex disease
d) immediate hypersensitivity

Answer is C) post-streptococcal Glomerunephritis is Type 3 which is Immune complex mediate...

Post-streptococcal infection is due to type 3 hypersensitivity. Due to formation of nephritogenic streptococcal antigen -antibody complex and circulating immune complex. Which get lodged in basement membrane below podocyte foot process.
my answer is c...

Type 2 cytotoxic--> It is antibody mediated and need IgM or G complement
Delayed hypersensitivity is type 4--> Needs cell mediated immune response,not antibody dependent
Option d is immediate type 1 and seen in allergy and needs IgE

So answer is c..type 3
