Liver Liver autopsy

Patient died at age of 65 and the autopsy of the liver showed this

What is the cause of this gross appearance?
a- alcohol intoxication
b- hepatocarcinoma
c- colonic adenocarcinoma
d- alpha one antitrypsin deficiency
e- normal finding

i think it is alpha 1 antitrypsin deficiency related macronodular cirrhosis

The correct answer is C
These are liver metastases as evident by multiple small tan colored lesions throughout
Tricky isn't it ..
