Question Recommendations for audio study material

Hi, I would like to get some advice/suggestions regarding good audio study materials. I am about to start studying for Step1 and plan to give it 6 months before taking the exams. I have the Kaplan Lecture Note Series books.

As I am currently doing full-time research, it would be quite impossible for me to take a stretch of time off to stay at home and study. But because it takes me 1.5h to travel to & from work, I could listen to the audio material and consolidate my learning at the end of the day when I hit the books. Also I don't live in the USA, so it won't be possible to physically attend any lectures.

Any suggestions from anyone who had success with Step1 audio material would be grand!

Thanks in advance!

Buy the RR Pathology from Goljan, and download his audio lectures. After each subject, listen it to master the subject during your travels.
