Smile New Kaplan Q-bank questions

Hey all,

If anyone has seen a thread similar to this, let me know

So I've used KQB in the past, just a few blocks here or there like +6 months ago and recall there being a lot of "WTF" questions, as well as a ton of low yield crap. I recently decided to give it a shot again after going through UW for a second time, just to get in as many q's as possible. I've noticed that there are a ton of new questions (at least 10-15 per block) and a lot fewer low yield annoying questions. So, what are your thoughts on this? do you think it makes it more accurate for the step's format/question types? do you think it is more helpful? or do you think its difficulty has remained the same and still think there are too many low yield facts?

In my opinion..Kaplan Qbank is good only if u use it along with your first read of Kaplan...I personally did 70% of their questions..and regretted the amount of time I lost in doing that Qbank..In the end I was running short of time for Uworld..Uworld is the QBank for the real exam..and due to the recent changes..even Uworld is not enough for step 1..So bottomline..Use Kaplan Qbank if u r in the initial stage of prep..Otherwise Chuck it..

My exam is soon too - reviewed Kaplan Q-bank about 4 month ago - is it really true they has updated Q-bank - if there is 10-15 new question per block - it means like 30% totally new update = by the way have you met there new incontinence related questions? I remember only one question regarding Defecation Reflex with damaged pelvic nerve - so anyway, let me know - if it is true I'll review Kaplan Q - bank all over again - just need to reset, still have available subscription. Thanks much.
