Bones Hypoplastic Middle Phalanx

In which of the following cases is the presentation hypoplastic middle phalanx?
a) Turner's syndrome
b) Down's syndrome
c) Pseudohypoparathyroidism
d) Hansen's Disease

Answer is b. down syndrome with hypoplastic middle phalanx.
a. will have dimple in 4th finger
c. will have knuckle dimple dimple sign. 4 and 5 finger involved.
d. will have claw hand

Hypoplastic middle phalanx= Downs Syn
Knuckle knuckle dimple dimple= Pseudohypoparathyroidism.
Knuckle knuckle dimple Knuckle= Turners Syn
