Kaplan Medical Kaplan QBank vs Post Kap Assessment

Hey I have the Kaplan 2010 pdfs with the Qbook but there is also a folder that is called "Post KAP Practice Questions" with subject wise "Assessment" pdfs..

I have always heard of the Qbook but not these assessment books, I was going to do both but just wanted to know which is better.. Anyone?

I've never heard about Post Kap Assessment- is it any good?
Where did you find it?

Thumbs Up good, but not a must do

They may be used alongside with your K notes but Qs are much easier than the Qbank and not updated.
At least for Patho assessment test, I think it merely tests your memorization and not your conceptual understanding.
But its good to carry around and to use at the beginning of the prep to break the monotonous reading phase.
