Kidney how ureter goes?

can someone illustrate what high-yield clinical anatomical structures ureter meet from renal pelvis to bladder, and associate landmarks? For example, water under the bridge(uterine artery). or what we should know about this part for step1.

Thank you!

Good question! I got a question on this the other day.

Ureters cross over the external iliac vessels and under the gonadal vessels. They lie lateral to the internal iliac vesses, then pass medial to the gonadal vessels as they enter the true pelvis. In the pelvis, they lie at the base of the broad ligament.
