Help 4 days before exam

Hi all,

Well its 4 days left for my exam. Ultra-stressful time!
A bit of background:
- UWSA2 (June 26): 219
- UWSA1 (July 2): 230
- NBME 7 online (July 9): 235
- NBME 12 online (yesterday): 228
- UW average (random unused, 98% finished)- 64%

After UWSA2 I hit the books hard (12 hours a day, non stop. Reviewed 3 chapters a day and also did 3-4 blocks with review). Once I took NBME 7 and got my score I felt relaxed and exhausted, but the problem is that since then Im only studying 6-8 hours per day and I am tired, I mean dead tired.
Every time I look at FA i want to throw up. I cant sleep properly at night and am stressed 24/7.
My problem is that I have 3 days left for reviewing (dont want to study day befor emy exam) and I just cant get into study mode, I just cant!
Any tips on what to do these final days???

Thanks. I decided to go over nbme 12 today. Tomorrow and monday i will go through parts of FA plus the list of forgetables. On tuesday i will just briefly go through some neuro, pharm and calculations (just a couple of hours in the morning).
Good luck to us all and god bless

When you say your Cummulative % is 64, do you mean last 10 blocks? OR the stupid graph thing they have?

My graph thing has flatlined, but my avg test scores (last 15 blocks) are in 60's...
