Kidney Help Renal physio questions !!

Hey Friends , I am on my second read of Kaplan with Uworld ! I started with physio and was able to tackle even the hard topics like cardio ,but renal physio got me badly , i am not able to attempt 50-60% of the questions, I have read Kaplan nicely with the lecture note annotation on the first time, stil I am not able to understand well the topics like filtration fraction, the various type of filteration/absortion/ secretion patterns of substances and their application in questions ?
Any suggestions??

I recommend that u give it a second read , and watch the videos again , some subjects are difficult to be understood from first read so don't worry it happens a lot , I would also recommend if you know some colleague or tutor in ur area that can help u understand the concept of renal physiology . Good luck
