Greetings!

It's true. The more questions you do, the more clear your concepts become, and the higher you score. Simple.
While Uworld is the best question bank out there, the others are not rubbish by any means. For example, Rx has some excellent questions on Renal and Kap Q bank pounds on Molecular Biology and Genetics. Every bank has its strengths and weaknesses. Good luck!

If you are really short on time, I'd suggest molecular bio, genetics and Biostats from Kaplan Q bank!

Yes. The best thing you can do to consolidate info on any subject is to do them in tutor - subject wise mode. So if you feel you are weak in Renal physio, just set your Uworld test by checking Physiology and then Renal. Do the question and grind the explanation and move onto the next question. This is a good way of reinforcing your weak areas. Also, for renal I'd suggest Rx. It has some good questions on renal physio and path. Good luck!

stick to uworld only, it's good enough by itself.
others are nowhere near as good.
if you really have to, do your nbmes, those questions are also helpful.
and read FA along with.
pathoma is a good tool for those who are weak in pathology and it is most of the test.
