Thumbs Down answer

The correct answer is B.
Yersinia is transmitted fecal-orally, often from feces or milk of infected animals. Common animal sources include dogs, cats, horses, rodents, birds. Self-inoculation can also occur, leading to recurrent episodes of gastroenteritis. Pet reptiles and gastroenteritis suggests salmonellosis. Antibiotic overuse in farms may contribute to antibiotic resistance but does not in itself cause outbreaks of gastroenteritis.
