Heart Deadly Aortic Dissection

IN a case of Aortic Dissectioon (mediatinal widening and double lumen aorta) , pt has 230/110 mmhg pressure at admission...changes to 110/6415 mins later + pericardial effusion noted. f/b sudden death.
CAUSE OF DEATH?

a- acute hemopericadium
b- acute M.I
c- massive retro peritoneal hemorrhage

I thinks its between a and c?? what is the real answer

---------

Aortic Dissection with mediatinal widening = Thorax
+
Pericardial effusion noted + sudden death
