Psyche The strongest risk factor for suicide in this lady!

A 39 yr old Hispanic woman presents with lethargy and fatigue. She complains of diffuse physical aches although her general health is good.
she confess that she finds herself crying for no reasons. she has difficulty in sleeping and waking up early in morning.
she is given diagnosis of unipolar depression.
which of following is strongest risk factor for suicide in this pt?

a) age
b) gender
c) overall health
d) visit to doc
e) marital status
f) fatigue
g) crying for no reason

Generally I think it was

Gender (M>F)>Age (old & teens vs others)>Martial Status (divorced/seperated/widow > rest)

But since its a SHE, and she's only 39, I'd and there is no mention of Martial status.. I'd think its something else perhaps Overall Health

the strongest risk factor wud be the depression in this case.. She doesn't have any major physical health issues.. I would go for G. crying for no reason.

g) crying for no reason,

I wonder why stem points like difficulty in sleeping and waking up early is not included in question. Maybe this is concurrent w. depression syndrome
if we put in the list
gender = male >female (female more attempt, male more success)
age = over 60 is more chance
visit to doc is good against suicide
fatigue - >>so common, does not mean anything for suicide
only choice of exclusion is g)
overall health ... maybe second choice after g)

I think the biggest risk factor would be her Overall Health Status.

What about Visit to the doctor ? i have heard suicidal patients often pay their last visit to the doctor - a sign of cry for help !!!:
