Question Doing step 1 upon graduation

Hello everyone

I was wondering about the disadvantages and problems I would face during step 1 preparation after I graduate. I heard from many people that doing so after graduation is extremely hard and getting high scores is difficult !!!
Many people I know decided to do residency in different countries just because according to them "they missed the train to do step 1"
