Default New eligibility period but only one more NBME left to assess myself :-O

Hey guys,
So for some personal reasons, I had to cancel my exam date and unfortunately, my extended eligibility period ends on the 31th of this month. I called up ECFMG and the rep said that I have to fill out a new application after my current eligibility period ends and that it could take up to 3 weeks for me to get my new scheduling permit number.

The problem is that during this time, I have only 1 NBME to assess myself apart from UWSA2 and Free150.

My question is, if I should take the NBME towards the end of November? (20th-21st) since the guy said 3 weeks, I thought I'll sit the real deal on the 30th of November but then I might not even get that date as I can only schedule my exam after I get my scheduling permit.

Any advice?

Yeah I guess I'll be left with no other choice than to do it in the 1st week of dec. I just really wanted to finish it before the end of nov. I've also heard that many folks got their scheduling permit two weeks after they filled out a new application, of course only after they had already got their medical education credentials assessed prior to the application.
