Same, Finasteride...
Minoxidil or Prazosin would be recommend if he has HTA.

what exactly is the question asking to treat?

Voiding problem or baldness?

If its baldness then yes, 5alpha reductase wouldwork, but if its voiding then wouldn't it be prazosin instead?

Prazosine is a-1 blocker so is not recommended as the BP is normal. if the question had asid HTN yes this would be the ans

so i think the ans is D.finasteride. as it lowers DHT and take care of both baldness and BPH
