Post molecular biology question

During an investigational study cloning of a new eukaryotic gene is followed by insertion and ligation of gene in an expression vector. The protein translated from the gene is studied on a protein blot under non denaturing conditions and probed with 32 P-DNA yielding a positive result .These findings eliminate which of the following substances as a candidate for the likely gene product?
A)CREB
B)Protein kinase A
C)RNA polymerase
4)SP-1
5)Steroid receptor
