Warning! Mannitol & anuria?

FA says; Mannitol is contraindicated in anuria?

Kaplan says; Mannitol can be given as a treatment for anuria?

Mannitol is condtraindicated in anuria secondary to renal disease. However, it can be used in oliguric states (e.g. rhabdomyolysis). Though kaplan lecture notes says used in anuric state-it is wrong.

Kaplan video shows it is used in oliguric states. FA is correct about it.

So Mannitol is condtraindicated in anuria
