in wt condition will vocal fremitus n tactile fremitus increase n decrease n y?

can i ask what is the difference between vocal and tactile fremitus?

fremitus decreases in bronchial obstruction & pleural effusion.

fremitus increases in lobar pneumonia.

please correct me or add more, thank you.

can someone please explain more detail? actually about this part( fremitus and resonance) i memorized by heart.

vocal fremitus is heared by the stethoscope ....
while tactile fremitus :can be felt by the palm of the hand (as a vibration)...

both incresed in case of lung consolidation as in pneumonia ...

decreased :
plearal effusion.
airway obstruction.
