Default Dense View of Muscle Fiber

Im reviewing Muscle contraction and some picture, here is a great picture of how to identify those line, sometimes it is easier to know the terms but hard to identify.

Dense Microscopic

And then, check this animation

and this other picture,,

some points i just made clear were

1. A band correspond to Myosin stay the same ( always stay the same )
2. M line = Myosin Line ( from they are attached )
3. I line = the lenght of each Actin band... on closure over Myosin...
4. Z line = Actin line, from they are attached.
5. H space = space of clossure between 2 actin.

Troponin has three subunits,
Troponin C- attach to calcium
Troponin T -attach to tropomyosine
Troponin I - attach to myosine

what does the troponin I unit do? I know it attaches to myosine, but what does it do?
