A. Troponin
B. CK-MB
C. LDH flip

I agree

Troponin....it starts rising at 4 hrs and its levels are detectable upto 7 to 10 days

Default Confusion! do you agree???

Folks!

There is a confusion! I have done Goljan Audios, in which he says;

"CK-MB is the Gold standard"

It is surprising for me too, because I thought troponin, from all the other sources!

He said that in relation to reinfarct which can't be measured by troponin due to its long half life.

Initial diagnosis: 1) ECG 2) Troponins

Hospital Hx of MI: CK-MB
