Gold standard for MI

What the gold standard test for the diagnosis of acute MI?

A. Troponin
B. CK-MB
C. LDH flip
D. AST

Folks!

There is a confusion! I have done Goljan Audios, in which he says;

"CK-MB is the Gold standard":mad:

It is surprising for me too, because I thought troponin, from all the other sources!
He said that in relation to reinfarct which can't be measured by troponin due to its long half life.

Initial diagnosis: 1) ECG 2) Troponins

Hospital Hx of MI: CK-MB
