Thank u for ur reply

Well , it is true that the questions are lengthy , yea there are short questions but most of the questions are lengthy which was panicking at first sight , I had only 2-3 minutes at the end of each block , though I had never experienced timing problem when taking nbmes and uworld

there are repetitive questions from NBMEs and uworld so do them well

in the last ten days i recommend doing F.A and pathoma vedios
good luck

If you really had a similar concept questions from NBME and UW - then you're lucky, I think you did well in exam, I have been reviewing each test takers' exam experience since last month and nobody was reporting that they had something even close to NBME, UW - by the way how was average UW and NBME scores - if you took any on-line. Thanks.

Forgot to ask did you take the exam in US territory or overseas ? Although, I'm in doubt that it can somehow affect it.

people are exaggerating , I think the exam is close to uworld and nbmes .. but the questions stems are longer , not to say I didn't experienced WTF questions but 50% or more are testing the same concepts from uworld and nbmes
I took the exam in Middle east

I did not took u world online so I cant give u my average score

I will write my experience in details when I have time

personally I did all nbmes even the old ones , I learned many concepts from their questions ,so if u have time do them all , if u dont do just 7 to 16 .
good luck

Hey hamdad, believe it or not I didn't find problem with pathology questions in the real exam, all are doable , my problem in the exam was with general health questions some confusing microbiology and immunity questions
I studied pathology in Kaplan lecture notes , pathoma ( just videos ) , uworld , and F.A .
I think they were enough . so it is up to u

I totally agree with you. The exam was doable with many repeated concepts from uworld and NBMEs. I did NBME's from 5-16 and i feel like many concepts from them were similar. People underestimate the old NBME's. Dont do them for their predictive value but do them for practice like other qbanks. Also contrary to what i heard people say prior to my exam, UW+FA are still enough with a little extra study for anatomy. Time wasnt an issue for me. I had 10 minutes left before each block. I didnt spend too long on the difficult questions. Just marked my best guess and then flagged it and reviewed them in the end. That being said, i made A LOT of silly mistakes. Got the easy ones wrong and im kicking myself for them. I dont feel like i'l fail but it'l be a miracle if i get a high score

I had the same experience too. I took the exam today. It was way tougher than nbme 16. Three days before the exam I took nbme 13 which I scored 251. With that confidence I went to the exam. The exam was no way related to the nbmes. The questions were very lengthy. so many wtf questions. Preventive medicine questions. research questions. I even could not choose options for the last 2 to 3 questions at the end because of time constraint.

Cannot do anything except for waiting sober for the score for these 3 weeks.
