the child has limb deformities n deafness as well where is the defect?

a proto oncogene
b.tumor suppressor gene
c.homeotic gene
d.pseudogene

Klein Waardenburg syn the defect is in homeotic gene PAX3
symptoms include dystopia canthorum(lateral dispalcement of epicanthal folds)
frontal white blaze of hair,patchy hypopigmentation , limb defects n deafness
PAX gene control cell differentiation during development in utero
