Default fever plus rash

A 6-year-old Cub Scout who returned from an outing 9 days ago is brought to the clinic with the rapid onset of fever, muscle pain, and rash. The rash, maculopapular, began on the flexor surfaces of the wrist and evolved to a hemorrhagic-type appearance. Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?

a.lyme

b. Tularemia


c. Measles


d. Toxic shock syndrome

e.rocky mountain spotted fever

u can remember CARS, rashes which start from the flexor aspects of the hands and feet
