GIT Diarrhea and Weight Loss!

38 YO Man presented with six months diarrhea and weight loss. PE showed melanoderma and knee arthritis. Stool fat content is increased. Biopsy of the small intestine showed the following micrograph;

What is the diagnosis?
A- Pancreatic insufficiency
B- Celiac Sprue
C- Diverticulosis
D- CA Colon
E- Crohn disease
F- Whipple disease

You guys got right. This is Whipple Disease and the histopathology slide is showing the rod shaped microorganisms within faomy macrophages in the lamina properia.
