I agree USMLE preparation advice

A very common Q that I've been asked many times before "should i do random or subject wise blocks?" I'd say you should probably do random blocks especially once you've read the whole material because that's what you'll encounter in the actual exam. Also, subject wise blocks limit your field of thinking e.g. If you're doing surgery Q you are going to preset your mind to think only of surgery topics and diagnoses; a bless you don't get in the actual exam & as a doctor you need to bear in mind diagnoses that fit the clinical picture regardless of their respective field, a skill thats necessary for the exam.*

Like i mentioned before, when you are done with the material you are probably better off doing Qs than re-reading it again! because that tests your ability to apply what you read instead of simply remembering what you read! Although I'd recommend leaving UW until the end, it's okay if you started it earlier than other Q banks.

I'd say with certainty that most Qs are at comparable level of difficulty with UW, with only a few easier and a few little more difficult. So make sure you are comfortable solving UW Q & you'll gain great confidence in your testing ability. Finally remember, great achievements require a great deal of hard work.

Good luck for all,
