Default a question about FE Na in RF patients

within the Kaplan Qbank, I found a question asking about the FE Na of a 46 y o patient with renal insufficiency. the answer says that the FE Na is increased, because the patien has plasma Na in a normal range...

In FA, pag 544 they classify the RF as prerenal, intrinsic renal and postrenal. and the FE Na vary according to the classification.

Plz, somebody help me to understand the answer..
