Default precocious puberty

A 9-year-old male presents with precocious puberty and multiple pigmented skin lesions on his leg. Radiographs of his leg show multiple areas of fibrous dysplasia. What is the most likely diagnosis?
A. McCune-Albright Syndrome
B. Aneurysmal bone Cyst
C. Osteosarcoma
D. Enchondroma
E. Down Syndrome

McCune-Albright Syndrome
1. Unilateral bone lesion
2. unilateral skin lesion ( cafe au lait spots/coasts of maine spots)
3. endocrine abnormality ( precocious puberty)

the ans is A there is hyperfunction of endocrine n so precocious puberty fibrous dyplasia in bones n cafe au laut spots around nape of neck n on buttocks crease
