nbme 6 score 490/219

hi,

i solved an nbme today ...i got 490/219 :(..i have finished 60% u world and was scoring around 68%...i have 2 months for my exam...my weakest areas seem to be behavioural science and anatomy...
can i improve in 2months..how should i do.....i m discouraged now...i have heard that the scores remain constant...is it so?i m fustrated now...how should i go about for behavioural science questions

That is totally not true! As long as you keep learning, you can improve. Don't be discouraged, 2 months is a really long time to improve your scores. Look at it this way: most AMGs get two months or less to study for Step 1. If they take a test at the beginning of those 2 months and score 219, that's gold right there, and many people go up to 250 or even 260 from that (those folks really go at it and put in lots of work).
Think of this as the beginning of your two months, and you're in a really good place. Finish UW, repeat your wrong answers, read HY anatomy or Kaplan anatomy or whatever, do conrad fisher ethics, just work on your weak areas. Take NBMEs as you go along. The key is momentum, just keep pushing and don't get discouraged. You can do it :)
