Calm down man!
I had a similar exp but ended up scoring 251 that is +5 from my NBME.
So just wait for the scores!

I have started to notice a paradoxical phenomenon - really it is not the first time happening = everybody who gets better scores on NBME's they say the Exam was *ucking hard, difficult, lengthy and doesn't look like anything in the world, contrary who didn't relatively well on NBME - like got around 210, 220, 228 - they say the Exam was OK, nothing scary, nothing about difficulty or time framing and if you read FA even couple times then you will do OK = What is the most likely underlying mechanism of this situation?

It is just a *ucking Test - created by people and taken by people who not smarter then you - control your emotions - can you please recall that EVIL Anatomy Questions = what're they asking - like where is Ligamentum Nasacalcaneus located ? What's obscure about that GOD DAMN Anatomy ???

That would be the proper understanding "the Normal test and better than UW and NBMEs'" = does it mean easier, clear question ? Please explain and give couple examples = thanks!

its about understanding concepts, little memorization.
not "easier" but not that horrible crazy thing everyone talks about ( my opinion, maybe my test was just easier or i was too relaxed)
