USMLEWorld USMLE World Does not allow using the Keyboard!

Hi all:

I did UW SA 1 today and just now when I was reviewing my SA1, because I am used to change to next page via keyboard, I totally accumulate three times touching keyboard. UW says my SA1 is temporarily suspended. Now what can I do to activate SA1 again. I understand it is my fault, but I really think that forbidding users to review their questions via keyboard is really annoying.

Please tell me what to do.

Thank you.

It is activated now!!

But i still think that this rule in SA is really annoying, in Q bank we can scroll via keyboard.

Just mail them that it occurred by mistake because you were using keyboard instead of mouse. It happened with me also, so I emailed them and they activated my account in some time.
Remember to use mouse, because they have mentioned that in their help section.
Hope this helps.

They don't allow using the keyboard because you can save the screen with the keyboard and then you can sell their questions offline
