USMLEWorld most effective way of benefitting from usmle world

Hey guys. What is one of the most effective ways of doing usmle world?

1) Finish a block, and then review all the answers at the end of the block?

2) Review the answer for each question and then move on to the next question. Do the whole block like this (answer question, read explanation, move on to the next question)

Another question I had was

3) Do you recommend doing the following. While reviewing the answers on usmle world, go to the first aid for that topic and tie in things together/add notes? The reason I am asking is because this would be time consuming and I wanted to know whether its better to do usmle world like this and finish it once in 1 month, or to do it 3 times in one month, without going back and forth through the first aid carefully.

hope i made sense!
